BOOKING DETAILS


Terms & Conditions

1.1 Full names and email addresses and contact numbers of all guests attending the Event as well as the persons making the booking (“the Booking Contact”) must be provided to the Company.

1.2 Completion of this form is an expression of interest only and not deemed to be confirmation of securing tickets to the Event. The Company will issue an invoice (“the Invoice”) as soon as this booking form has been completed and executed and returned to the Company by the Booking Contact and/or the Guest.

1.3 Tickets to the Event will be confirmed / allocated as soon as payment of the Invoice has been received by the Company.

1.4 The details of the Ticket and its inclusions that the Company is providing for the Event are set out in Item 1 of the Schedule attached hereto.

1.5 The cost of the Ticket is detailed in Item 2 of the Schedule attached hereto and payment of the Ticket is to be made in accordance with clause 2 of this agreement.

1.6 Each Guest and/or the Booking Contact acknowledges that if the Event is cancelled for any reason during the Event, then the tickets once purchased are non-refundable. Where the Event is cancelled, the Company agrees to use all reasonable efforts to obtain refunds from the Event Organiser or any other third party engaged by the Company. In the event that the Company is able to obtain a refund, the Company agrees to pass the refund onto the Guest and/or the Booking Contact. The Guest and/or the Booking Contact acknowledges that all attempts and best efforts will be made by the Company to provide to the Guest and/or the Booking Contact the best refund possible, however the Guest and/or the Booking Contact acknowledges that in some instances a refund may not be possible.

1.7 The Guest and/or the Booking Contact acknowledges that if the Event is cancelled due to a Force Majeure event, then any refund that might be payable will be at the Company’s sole discretion and will be subject to whether the Company has been able to obtain any refunds from the Event Organiser or any other third party engaged by the Company. The Guest and/or the Booking Contact acknowledges that all attempts and best efforts will be made by the Company to provide the best refund possible, however the Guest and/or the Booking Contact acknowledges that in some instances a refund may not be possible.

1.8 All Guests and/or Ticket holders must complete and return to the Company the Company’s insurance/indemnity form prior to attending the event and entry to the suite.

2. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

2.1 The fees for the Tickets are set out in Item 2 of the Schedule attached hereto.

2.2 The Company will issue a Tax Invoice for the Tickets and payment of the Tax Invoice must be made in accordance with Item 3 of the Schedule attached hereto.

3. GUEST BEHAVIOUR

3.1 The Booking Contact and/or all Guests must ensure they comply with all reasonable directions given by employees or agents of the Company, or any reasonable requirements of the Company including, without limitation, directions or requirements in connection with access to the Suite, the use of the Suite or the conduct of the Guest and its Invitees in or around the Suite and at the Event

3.2 Guests must adhere to the strict no smoking requirement implemented by the Company in respect of each Suite / Facility

3.3 Guests must ensure that their noise levels are not excessive and their conduct is not disruptive in the Suite.

4. TICKET DISPLAY

4.1 All Guests attending the Event must ensure that they display the correct and valid Ticket in a clear and visible manner at all times within the Suite and/or the Venue. The Company may at any time request evidence of a valid Ticket.

4.2 The Company or its employees, agents or representatives may refuse entry to the Event or the Suite / Facility to the Guest who is not displaying a Ticket.

4.3 Full names and contact details of every ticket holder must be provided to the Company prior to attending the Event.
